Warranty Information
Recommended computer system has a one-week warranty from us starting the date when your system is purchased. Some brand name computers we locate have longer warranty with the manufacturer such as Compaq, Emachine, HP, Dell and a few others. We will provide you with the manufacturer technical support telephone number and warranty information on your system that you purchase. You're entitled to a full refund ( the price of the computer plus the locating fee ) if you ask for a refund before the computer is purchased and pickup. However, the locating fee is not refundable once the information is given and the warranty does not cover improper use or free training for on-site or telephone repair.
